Cancellation Policy
There will be a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment at Jekyll and Hyde Hair Studio.
For our nail artist Taylor, A late fee of $15 will be applied to any client arriving 15+ minutes late to their scheduled appointment. Upon a late arrival, she has the right to alter scheduled services to accommodate the shortened appointment time. If you no show the appointment, starting minimum price of service booked will be charged.
There will be a 50% fee for no shows.
Your stylist will reach out to you within 24 hours to put a method of payment on file to secure your upcoming appointment.
Your stylist will inform you if a deposit is required to hold your appointment time.
